Dutch Oven Pork Chops

Ingredients

Ingredients
  Pork Chops
1

Onion (cut in strings)

2 T

Garlic (chopped)

1C Rice
2C Chicken Broth (Caldo + water)
1 Can mushrooms
  oil
  salt
  pepper

 

Preparation

  1. Pour some oil in the dutch oven.
  2. When the oil is hot, add the pork chops and brown on one side.
  3. When the first side has browned, add the onion and garlic
  4. Turn pork chops over and brown on other side
  5. After second side is browned, add the chicken broth
  6. wait for broth to boil then add the rice and mushrooms
